Our Guidelines
Please take a read through our guidelines here at Blue Harbour Beauty Salon in Plymouth.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to treatment booking time – parking is free located behind the hotel inside and outside parking please be aware if you have a large vehicle inside is parking is very small , recommend to park outside for large vechiles please register at main reception on ground level. Please note if car parking is full it is your responsibility to find alternative parking.
Please keep in mind, arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of time of the treatment with full charges applied so as to not inconvenience other guests.
To preserve harmony within the spa, kindly turn of your mobile phone. No wet costumes before treatments please dry in good time before your treatment start time.
On arrival at the spa you will be given a health consultation card to fill in. Please inform the Spa of any allergies or medical conditions. Full use of Spa Facilities robes towels and slippers provided are cautioned for certain conditions. If you have been recently unwell around the time of you treatment is booked, please seek advice by telephoning the Spa. Unfortunately if you are unwell or have been recently unwell this may result in you being unable to receive your treatment.
Blue Harbour Spa certificates are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual treatments, Spa Day / Treatments or retail product.
A deposit of 50% is required upon booking for Spa Days, 7 days before your Spa Day payments must be made in full.
